I was born and raised within a Kundalini Yoga household, waking up before dawn before I was two years old. I had the rare opportunity to sit at the feet of Yogi Bhajan, Master of Kundalini Yoga who brought the teachings of Kundalini yoga from the East to the West on a daily basis for 10 years. It was not about how much you learn, it is what you experience, and that is what Kundalini Yoga is all about—EXPERIENCE. Experiencing you within you which contains the Universe – Kundalini Yoga is to balance yourself so you can be able to extend yourself to help others.
